Kheel Center Labor Photos

The Kheel Center photograph database includes selected images from the Center's collections. 1. Many images in the Kheel Center's collections are protected by copyright and may not be republished without the permission of the creator or rights holder. The user is responsible for copyright complicance and determining the applicability of exemptions. Image donors reserve the right to refuse permission to use any or all of the images they have made available if the proposed use would work against what they perceive to be their best interest.
2. To the best of our ability, the Kheel Center provides complete and accurate information including proper image attribution. We can not, however, guarantee the informations's completeness or accuracy. If you believe that material is improperly described or credited, please contact us with details so that we may correct the information or remove the image from the website.
3. No part of this website may be copied or redistributed without the written permission of the Kheel Center. The image creator, donor, and the Kheel Center must be credited when using images from this database.
4. In no event will the Kheel Center or its partners be liable for damages or loss resulting from the use of this database or its occcasional lack of availability.
5. Except as required by application of the USA Patriot Act or other legislation, we do not make users' registration information available to anyone outside our parent institution, the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
6. Encryption used on this site is designed to protect the user's privacy. Users are also responsible for safeguarding their own accounts and passwords.
7. The Kheel Center reserves the right to change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
